A Gorgeous HD Version Of The Curiosity Rover Landing - The Best Yet

Much of the video that we have seen from NASA regarding the landing of the Curiosity Rover on Mars might have been pretty incredible because it was recording a momentous event but from a video point of view the quality leaves a little bit to be desired.

Well Reddit user Godd2 decided to use his abilities to see if he could improve what was out there and after four solid days of work he has done just that with this beautiful interpolated HD version of the now famous landing. For those not familiar with the term interpolated (which would include myself) it means taking a choppy video; which in this case is NASA 4 frames-per-second video, and rendering the “missing” frames in between to bring the quality to a stunning 25 frames-per-second quality.

Well done Godd2, well done.
