0Boeing 787 To Take First Biofuel Flight Later Tonight
Boeing on Monday night will fly its Boeing 787 Dreamliner using biofuel, a first for the large passenger plane.
The maiden voyage for the biofuel converted plane will take off from Everett, Washington and touch down in Tokyo.
Boeing announced the planes maiden voyage on its Twitter account noting:

The company’s maiden voyage comes several month after Virgin Atlantic made its own biofuel run using a 747.
There’s nothing more exciting in the aviation industry than company’s competing for better fuel mileage using green technology.
