Beachgoers Come To The Rescue Of A Beached Pod Of Dolphins [Video]

People can be utterly amazing sometimes and this is one of those times.

It seems that a pod of 20 dolphins for whatever reasons swam onto the beach at Brazil’s Arraial do Cobo at 8 AM back on March 5th and stranded themselves there as which point they began to thrash around wildly.

Even at that time of the morning there was enough activity on the beach that it wasn’t long before locals came running to help get the dolphins back in the water.

A man in board shorts approaches the animals cautiously and is soon followed by like-minded beachgoers who stoop down and do what they can to try and move the mammals on.

A Speedo-clad man stands over one of the dolphins and inspects it for a few moments, looking for a way to move the animal, before another man helps him drag it into the ocean by its tail
