Former Fleetwood Mac Member Bob Welch Passes Away
Some sad news from the world of music today as it is being reported that Bob Welch, a former member of the mega band Fleetwood Mac, was found dead today at the age of 65.
He was found in his home by Nashville police who said it appears that he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Additionally the police stated that Welch had been suffering from some serious health issues and that he had left a note.
While Welch might be known for his membership in Fleetwood Mac I remember him best from his subsequent solo career which included songs like Ebony Eyes and Sentimental Lady are my favorite songs.
Farewell Bob, you will be missed.
